Zhang ChunLei
Mr Zhang ChunLei was born in December 1969, Shanghai, China. He graduated from Suzhou University School of Arts. with a professional certificate in decoration design in July 1992. He came to Singapore in 1996 and is the Chairman of Association of Art and Culture (Singapore).
Mr. Zhang received recognition as a recipient of the 2020 UOB Painting of the Year (Singapore) award, along with several other esteemed art accolades.
